B. Specific Rental Terms and Conditions for Casa Tropicana Condo
- Some expenses below are paid by the Landlord, as an act of “goodwill” toward the Guest(s) / Tenant(s);
a.
Ordinary Charges on the Utilities Bills (gas, water, electricity - excl. Air Cond.) are paid by the Landlord.
b.
All the fixtures and fittings are provided, installed, and paid by the Landlord.
- In the event of Extreme Charges on Utilities Bills, the Guest(s) / Tenant(s) will bear / share the utilities costs as pro-rata.
- Rental, Lost & damage deposit + One Set of Access Cards:
a.
One Month: RM 800 (Malaysian) ; RM 1600 (Non-Malaysian)
b. 1-3 months stay: RM 1500 (Malaysian) ; RM 3000 (Non-Malaysian)
c.
Above 3 months stay: 2.5 months rental
- Optional Refundable Deposits (only for guest request for add on services) requirement are:
a. RM 200 Deposit for Extra Unit and Lobby’s Access Card bond per set.
b.
RM 200 Deposit for Residence Car Park Tag bond per set (*only apply to Guest(s)/Tenant(s) renting the car park space).
c.
RM 200 Deposit for Air Con (*only apply to Guest(s)/Tenant(s) subsribe to Air Con).
d.
