3. Unless specified otherwise, all rates and free calls are valid for voice calls to standard numbers only (excluding 13, 1300, etc). Calls to India are charged per minute. ^Including mobiles where listed.
4. Unlisted FREE Calls destination are charged at per second billing - pay only for the time you use. Rates guidelines are available on here. Minumun prepaid deposit of RM 60 is require to make calls to NON-FREE Calls destination. Make calls to NON-FREE Calls destination will utilised this prepaid deposit. Calls get disconnected or can't dial through when the deposit amount is fully utilised OR prepaid deposit amount is not paid.
5. Monthly subscription fees of RM 80 is not refunded nor prorated, even if the service is disconnected earlier.
6. Special devices ie internet phone adaptor and dect phone are loan to guests. The compulsory device deposit of RM 300 required when signing up the service. The deposit amount is forfeited if the devices are either damage, lost or stolen.
7. One working day is required to setup the account, activating and installing the service.
